Daffodils for Mother's day..

Happy Mother's Day to all of you out there!
Since becoming a mother myself, I have a deeper appreciation for every mother out there that tries to do her best for her child(ren). Every family is different and does what they feel is right for their family despite difference of opinions or suggestions or whatever. My heart is full of joy and the many blessings we have as a mother. There is nothing that can really match the love of a mother that would do anything for her child(ren). I think Helen Keller sums it up perfectly. This quote applies to other things too but I thought this was fitting for the topic of mother's love.

"The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched. They must be felt with the heart."

A mother's love is new each morning just like spring brings forth blooms every year.
"A flower that blooms in the spring breathe promise of merry sunshine." W.Gilbert

Anyway, I'm not going to get too deep here. :D You get the general idea..

These photos are "Straight out of the camera" (SOOC) Just a frame and signature added.. Proof that nature is beautiful by itself!

January Love

Happy New Year!!

As we all know, January can get a bit long and blah.. just thought I would brighten your day with some blooms that we can look forward to when the season changes. Nothing like some 'nature' to cheer us up!
I have been feeling a bit overwhelmed and feel like I would never catch up in posting my sessions that I have done.. But it's a new year, a positive attitude can change all things.. :)

April/May 2010 Scenery

Just thought I'd add some scenery pictures.. just so nice to take a walk and enjoy the beauty around us.. precious are the moments in our lives.. stop and smell the flowers.. take a moment to breathe..

I think horses are magnificent creatures! There's something about them that's so powerful and free and awesome.. I can't explain it..

I love taking pictures of trees.. They are beautiful to me! They are solid and rooted and strong to weather the storms of life and yet provide shelter to all animals and even humans. Every tree has its own strength and beauty.

May Flowers

April showers bring May flowers... I'm into yellow and green colors these days! For me, they make me smile and adds a vividness into my daily life.. (not that I'm subdued or anything) It's just nice to have COLOR in one's life.. don't you agree?

"Study nature, love nature, stay close to nature. It will never fail you."

I just love horses! I was just driving along and saw this and screeched to a stop to quickly capture this! Love how the light is falling on the horses' back and of course the "cuddle"!

Summer evening... see those tiny specks.. bugs!
