Website delay..

Happy October! I can hardly believe it's October already! It is so goregous out there and I have been so busy with fall sessions.. :) Love it though!

My websited has been delayed so my biggest apologizes to those who are waiting on it. It will be worth it, I promise you.. (hopefully - haha)

I continue to post sessions on my facebook photography page. Help spread the word and "like" my photography page! :D Thanks!!

It is common for me to have sessions booked a few months from now.. so if you are wanting a maternity session or newborn.. or even a 1st birthday - book now and secure your spot!

Good evening, my friends,

My website is still in the works so I have been posting my sessions on my Facebook photography page. For those of you that don't use Facebook, please bear with me. I will post the new website on here as soon as it's ready so you can continue to follow my session updates. I will no longer be using this blogger.

A big hello to all my dear clients and friends and new fans,

Just letting you know that there will be a new price list as of today - June 6, 2011. It will be posted on my new website which should be up within a month or two. As for those clients that have booked a session.. the price I quoted you is the same. I'm very excited to be bringing you some new changes and hope you will continue to support and follow my work. Back in March 2011, Scott and Connie were expecting another baby which meant that Kyler would be a big brother! How sweet! I love kids.. period!! I was so delighted to hear of their news and shared in their happiness! They are amazing parents and special friends of mine. I look forward to watching your family grow, Scott and Connie! Thanks again..

Daffodils for Mother's day..

Happy Mother's Day to all of you out there!
Since becoming a mother myself, I have a deeper appreciation for every mother out there that tries to do her best for her child(ren). Every family is different and does what they feel is right for their family despite difference of opinions or suggestions or whatever. My heart is full of joy and the many blessings we have as a mother. There is nothing that can really match the love of a mother that would do anything for her child(ren). I think Helen Keller sums it up perfectly. This quote applies to other things too but I thought this was fitting for the topic of mother's love.

"The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched. They must be felt with the heart."

A mother's love is new each morning just like spring brings forth blooms every year.

My apologizes...

Dear fellow readers..

Just letting you know that I feel terrible about not blogging as often. I am still trying to find that balance with having a 9 month old son and keeping up with everything. The lack of posts does not mean that I am not doing photos. Since January, I have done lots of sessions but have not found the time to post them.. so my apologizes.. It is now my goal to post at least twice a month.. for now! start small right? :)
I am very excited to do two weddings this summer among upcoming sessions. I am also hoping to make some changes with my photography but I will be starting slow.

Hope you are inspired often to take the time to take pictures of what makes you happy and brings joy into your life!

Jackson

What an adorable 11 month old boy! This stage is so fun and busy when they're into "walking". You know that cute little waddle of a walk kids have in their first few months of walking.. Jackson made me smile every time he walked. He was also teething so lots of drools which I thought was adorable even though we had to wipe his mouth often. I say.. Babies make me drool!! I just love them! :)

Haidyn is 2!!

What a gorgeous little girl! Big blue eyes. It's been a delight to do Haidyn and Jenn's photos again. Haidyn is growing up to be beautiful like her mom. I love watching those two interact - such a sweet bond between mother and daughter.. Again, way too many favorites to show here but here's a few.. well 13! :) haha

My Nieces...

I love my nieces.. Abby and Emma. It is such fun to take pictures of kids as the grow and grow. Abby is 3 months and Emma is 2! Kids just melt my heart. They are just so innocent and pure and beautiful and so fun and brings so much joy to my life! I love being an aunt to those two sweet little girls. I have 4 other nieces which I hope to do photos of them soon. :)











Nothing like joy that a simple balloon can do to a kid's heart..

Baby Joel

What a great start to my new year by doing a newborn - a baby boy! (on January 2nd) Oh how precious life is.. Baby Joel was such a good baby - a sweet little fella! aww! Doing this session just reminded me of how tiny my son was and how much he has grown now (almost 6 months).
Very happy for the new parents! Thanks so much and enjoy your year of "firsts"! :)

Jen and Chris Maternity -Nov 2010

Meet an amazing couple - Jen and Chris. Back on November 13, 2010, we had such a fun session together. Jen is obviously a gorgeous, relaxed and excited mother to be! Chris is just super and easygoing. Baby was due in December.
Update: Baby Girl arrived early!! just 11 days after our photo session..Wow! She's beautiful! :)
